MEET HENRIEKE

This driven and optimistic 26-year-old moved to the city six years ago to pursue her studies and has since graduated as a dietitian and sports dietitian. Currently, she’s finishing her second degree in Psychology. When she’s not in the gym, Henrieke loves strolling through the city with a coffee or soaking up the festival vibes in the summer.

What can we expect from your class?
Hard-hitting techno bangers, loads of positive energy, and an all-out workout. My classes are designed to push you to your limits while keeping the vibe high and empowering.

Why did you become a Star Trainer?
I’ve been teaching group fitness classes since 2019, and I always loved training at Saints & Stars myself. The energy and community in the group classes are unbeatable, and I knew I wanted to be part of that. Working at Saints feels like the perfect fit!

What inspires you the most?
I’m inspired by people with perseverance – those who keep chasing their goals no matter their challenges.
