Meet Cheyenne Shanice Bendter (yeah, that’s Lashandra’s sister, ya’all!). Born and raised in Amsterdam, Cheyenne is inspired by many trainers from all over the world – and her big sister, of course – to become a fitness instructor and help people get fit and stronger.

This badass girl is crazy about boxing, but did you know she loves all things girly? Next to her boxing gloves, you can find all the tools you need to do a full manicure at home. Make-up advice needed? Cheyenne is your go-to girl.

Fav food?
"I can eat Spaghetti Bolognese all day long. Yeah, you can wake me up for it as well. The protein smoothies at S&S? Also never disappoint me.
