What can we expect from your class?
Pure energy, killer vibes, and a workout that leaves you stronger – physically and mentally. My classes are intense, challenging, and designed to push you beyond what you thought was possible. You’ll walk out exhausted but so proud of what you’ve achieved.

Who inspires you the most?
People who overcome the odds to succeed, no matter what life throws at them. My parents are my biggest inspiration – they came to the Netherlands from Vietnam as immigrants and built an incredible life for my sister and me. Their resilience, hard work, and determination fuel everything I do.
